First, open the app you want to access and make sure it's unlocked using an additional app, not the factory or phone default app.
Second, go to Settings, then open the list of applications installed on the phone. From here, find the app that was used to lock the app. Usually this application will have a name like Lock, Locker, and others. After that, open the application settings and select Clear Data or Clear Cache.
Then a dialog box will appear stating that all data will be deleted. Select OK.
These steps will erase all data in the lock app and make the app no longer work. After doing all the steps above, try again to open the previously unlocked application. Guaranteed, you can open the application!
